First Online Car Purchase A Truly Exceptional Experience Although this wasnt my first time buying a car, it was my first time buying online, my first hybrid, and my first truck. Great experience leasing vehicle from here. They were very reasonable for the pricing to begin with instead of most dealers in Austin starts with bloated prices to brag on discounts. I only leave reviews when I absolutely feel compelled to. This is no exception! Leif Johnson will absolutely take care of you. I'm a no nonsense car buyer, and the second I sense any sort of inauthentic interaction, I'm way less likely to stick around. But from the beginning, Christian our sales rep, was so down to earth, supportive, and very very helpful. Everyone on staff seemed to communicate with each other, the operation felt well organized. The whole process was great. They were so flexible and accommodating with our timeline and situation. If you're in the market for a Ford....PLEASE go to Leif Johnson.
